Dragon & Phoenix
Whilst meditating on the origin of the legendary Chinese story of the Dragon and the Phoenix, Master Liu realised a deep spiritual connection, that we contain the Dragon & Phoenix within us.
One day whilst Master Liu was very deep in meditation - at one with the great infinite, he suddenly experienced an opening of his third eye and felt a spiritual connection with the legendary Chinese story of the Dragon and the Phoenix. It was then that he realised the story originates from within ourselves - we contain the Dragon and the Phoenix.
As the body relaxes and opens up, the three wings of the Phoenix open - the shoulder blade wing, the temporal bones wing and the pelvis wing - all opening to allow the central Dragon, your Qi to flow.
